Dust off your fedoras and victory rolls and get ready to swing back to the heart of World War II—where the music was hot, the dancing was lively, and the morale was high!
Inspired by the original Stage Door Canteen in New York City, tucked beneath the 44th Street Theatre, where Broadway stars volunteered to entertain and uplift America’s servicemen during WWII.
Join us as we recreate that magical spirit with the sensational Savoy’s Dance Band, bringing you the unforgettable big band sounds of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, and more!
🎶 Dance to the music that kept America going—from toe-tapping jitterbugs to dreamy slow dances.
🎤 Enjoy timeless vocals from artists like The Andrews Sisters, Jo Stafford, Helen Forrest, Dinah Shore, and other sweethearts of the radio.
💃 Dress in your 1940s best—military uniforms, swing skirts, suspenders, victory curls, and red lipstick encouraged!
