Because our dances frequently sell out, we use a structured reservation system to ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all guests. Please review thesections below before making a reservation.
We have a total of 224 seats, arranged at 28 round tables with 8 seats per table.
Requests to seat more than 8 guests at a table (up to 10) require prior approval by email. Adding extra seats increases room capacity and significantly reduces table space, soapproval must be obtained in advance. Please send your request to donna.francis@dwopandfriends.club
Guests must follow the standard reservation process.
Visit dwopandfriends.club/upcoming-events and click the reservation link for the desired dance.
Provide your contact information, number of tickets requested, and ticket type (individual or table).
Use the comments section to list seating preferences or who you would like to sit with. While requests are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate them.
A reservation link is also included in the email announcement for each dance when tickets go on sale. You must be registered to receive correspondence.
Once your reservation is received, you will receive an email from Carol Johnson with payment and ticket instructions.
Tickets are held for two (2) weeks pending payment.
If payment is not received within two weeks, tickets are released for sale.
Automatic Table Reservations are offered as a courtesy convenience for guests who attend regularly and wish to bypass the standard reservation process.
Guests must request to be placed on the Automatic Table Reservation List. On each reservation form there is a check box to request to be on the Automatic Table Reservation list.
A confirmation request email is sent approximately one week before the previous dance.
(Dances are held every other even month on the first Saturday.)
Guests must confirm by email that they want their table reserved for the upcoming dance.
Once confirmation is received, one table of 8 tickets is set aside.
Tickets are held until one month prior to the upcomming dance date.
Example: For an April 1 dance, tickets are held until March 1.
Tickets are issued once payment is received.
If payment is not received by the one-month deadline, tickets are released for sale — even if confirmation was received.
If a guest confirms but does not use their automatic table reservation for two dances within a calendar year, they will be removed from the Automatic Table Reservation List.
Guests may always continue attending using the Standard Reservation Process.
Automatic table reservations remain acourtesy and require timely confirmation and payment to stay active.
Payment is by check only.
Checks must be made payable to DWOP and Friends.
Checks must be written for the exact amount of $15 per ticket.
Payment is sent to Carol Johnson and she will then mail you your tickets.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, your payment will be donated to the charity being supported at that dance.
At times where there is a waiting list for tickets, you can reach out to Carol Johnson and she will connect you to a person on the waiting list that may want to purchase your ticket.
